Sustain your energy, sustain your impact - for NGO's

After a great first three hour workshop, Tina Fischbach and Stroomversnellers will collaborate again, this time with Humanity Hub The Hague. Tina will facilitate two workshops, Monday 23d of november and Wednesday 9 december. They can be attended seperately, but we recommend making the time investment for both!

You can contact Tina on Hipsey or email us at info@stroomversnellers.org to enroll!

Workshop outline:

Part 1 – Sustaining yourself

How do we stay engaged in work that matters without continuously drawing from our own reserves?

Working for positive change can be deeply meaningful. It can also be demanding. Complex problems, slow progress, competing priorities and the gap between what we care about and what we can actually influence can take their toll over time.

In this interactive two-hour workshop, we start with ourselves: What sustains our energy – and what quietly drains it?

Through short inputs, reflection, practical exercises and exchange with others, we’ll explore how our energy is shaped not only by workload, but also by uncertainty, emotional demands, values, boundaries and our sense of agency.

You’ll leave with:

  • a clearer picture of what sustains and drains your energy;
  • greater awareness of your own patterns, boundaries and sources of resilience;
  • practical ways to work with your energy more intentionally;
  • one or two practices or experiments to take into your everyday life and work.

Who is this for?

For people working towards positive change – including peace and justice, climate and sustainability, humanitarian action, international cooperation and social impact.

You don’t need to be exhausted or close to burnout to join. This workshop is as much about prevention and awareness as responding to existing strain.

Part of a two-workshop series

This is Part 1 of Sustain your Energy. Sustain your Impact. Each workshop can be attended independently, but we recommend joining both for the full journey

Part 2 – Sustaining ourselves within systems

This part widens the lens from our individual experience to the teams, organisations and wider systems we work within.

This event is FREE.  Sign up for part 1 here and part 2 here.

Offered in collaboration with The Hague Humanity Hub and Stroomversnellers, with support from Stichting DOEN."
