Pricing

We believe it is important that our offerings are accessible to everyone, which is why we use solidarity pricing: what you pay depends on the financial capacity of your organization or group. We work with different pricing categories. Larger organizations help make some of our work possible through our Education Fund, while other activities are funded by external grants.

Our prices include VAT and any standard material costs, but exclude travel expenses. The final price is determined during the exploratory phase, based on your specific request. These are the rates for our standard four-hour trainings, which include six hours of preparation and follow-up work. For tailored trainings or an extended intake, we apply our hourly rate for custom work. If you have questions about rates, discount options, or advice on applying for a grant, please contact us!

If you have a limited budget, it is sometimes possible to fund your training through a small grant application. We can provide tips to help you with this. By financing the training this way, you retain more funds for your other activities, and we can better cover our costs. It is usually important to submit the grant application well in advance. You can also contact us for guidance on this.

Campaigns cost money. Investing in trainings sometimes too.

Would you like to brainstorm with us on how to find a grant or other forms of income for you organisation or project or campaign? And is learning and offering trainings part of your grant application, feel free to reach out to us.

Here's a few general tips to find sponsors, grants or donations:

  1. Raising money starts with a clear explanation of what you want to achieve and what you need for that. Don't dance around it. The more specific, the better.
  2. Research your funder. Why does this donor or that grant give money, what is in it for them? Does that connect to your demand?
  3. Often times it's important to combine. A part of your own income, a part of grant A, grant B etc. Create a funding plan and share that with the grants you want to apply for.
  4. Are you looking for private grants? Je can find them at FindNFund. Keep in mind there's usually 4 to 6 months in between you application and the start of your project, and many grants have specific conditions and processes. Usually it's a condition to be a foundation or association.
  5. Have you thought about organizing a benefit or crowdfunding?
  6. Tip: many organizations offer courses for fundraising. It's a worth the investment.
Do you want to approach grants together with Stroomversnellers? If trainings or developing trainings is an important part of your project we're looking forward to your proposal.
