We're looking for a driven and strategically minded HR Board Member to strengthen our team
As an HR Board Member, you will support the organization in developing HR policies and strategies that contribute to the growth and success of our work. You play a key role in ensuring a healthy work culture, personnel policies, and promoting the professionalization of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to help keep the organization on track;
- Advise the board and operational team on HR policy matters, including contracts, personnel affairs, HR procedures, and decision-making processes;
- Offer a strategic vision on the broader social movement and Stroomversnellers, acting as a valuable advisor for the team.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in HR, preferably in a leadership or strategic role;
- Knowledge of and experience with progressive movements (grassroots or NGOs) in the Netherlands;
- A strong team player with a good sense of group dynamics;
- Availability for six board meetings per year and occasional hands-on tasks.
